A simple Carrot, apple, Ginger
++ Vitamines A, B6, K, Provitamines A, Bêta Carotène. Antioxydant, good for the hydratation of the skin, very good of the eyes, digestion, cholesterol. Carrot helps prepare the skin for summer.
For 2 glasses:
Wash the apples and carrots. Peel the ginger. Mix all in the juice extractor.
