On the 2nd, 9th of july. From 7:30 - 9 am. An hour and a half of mindfulness with advices and easy exercices (in French). Coming back in september, the 10th until october.

1 handful of basil leaves
1 cucumber, cut in half lengthwise
½ lime, zest and pith removed
1 apple, cut into wedges

Starting with the basil, juice everything into a glass. Alternatively, you can chop all the ingredients and pop them into a powerful blender with 120ml of water, then pass the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass.

Give it a stir and drink immediately. This is especially refreshing when you blend it with an additional handful of ice cubes.
