This workshop is an introduction to Mindfulness for family with simple exercices for everyone, to practice at home or everywhere you feel like it. Kids: starting at 5 years old.
A moment of break for the family
In today's society, children are over-exposed to technology and have trouble to access inner calm. Discover exercices which allows them to press the "pause button". From 10-12 am, in french. From 2-4pm in english.
